Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders placed after 16:00 PM (GMT) may be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods such as product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery time estimates begin after the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

The shipping carrier used may vary depending on destination and service availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:

incorrect address information

failed delivery attempts

refusal of delivery
the customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.
If a parcel is delayed, customers should first contact the courier using the provided tracking number.
If a parcel appears lost, we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier. Courier investigations may take up to 10 working days.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking confirms that an order has been successfully delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should check:

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for parcels confirmed as delivered.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned, any return shipping fees or customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
Refused Shipments & Abandoned Parcels
If a customer:
- Refuses to pay customs duties or taxes
- Fails to respond to customs or delivery attempts
- Causes the parcel to be returned or abandoned
The order will be considered undeliverable and/or abandoned.
In such cases:
We reserve the right to deny any refund, or
- Issue a refund at our discretion only after the item is returned
If the parcel is not successfully returned to us, no refund will be issued.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on stock availability.
If this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
